What we collect
When you apply, register, post a capstone challenge or contact us, we collect what you enter: name, email, phone, company, the pathway you're interested in and anything you write to us. We also record the page you came from and campaign tags in links you followed.
How we use it
To run your enrollment and scholarship, answer your questions, send course updates you asked for, and, if you agreed, call or text you. Texas AI Academy works with its partner The Modernization Company, which may contact you about the same offers and its services when you agree to that.
Calls and text messages
We only call or text you, including with automated dialing or an AI-generated voice, if you ticked the box agreeing to it. That box is never pre-ticked and is never required to enroll or buy anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also tell the caller, or email info@texasaiacademy.com. We keep a record of when you agreed, the number and the exact wording you saw.
We don't sell or share your number
Mobile numbers and text-message consent are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing. We only share data with the service providers that run our calls, texts, email and hosting, and only so they can provide that service to us.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe from email at any time from the link in each email, opt out of calls and texts as described above, or ask us to see or delete your data by emailing info@texasaiacademy.com.
